It's a very very bad experience; unprofessional, ignorance, delay, very very bad customer treatments and highly arrogant replies from employee. replies on big fonts, they don't read the full reply but answer selected parts.

internal e-mails are forwarded to customers so you don't know what is meant to you or if something is missing.

go to any local small company much better and relief your mind from this big company based on no professionalism or at least good behavior or customer responds or respect. {{REDACTED}} I regret every piaster I spent in such a company {{REDACTED}}
